A product revision will be considered at that time.
If a product has been reviewed and is considered to be of inferior quality, we will gladly offer an immediate product exchange at no cost. Simply contact us within 14 days of the invoice date, and we will take care of the rest. The user may also obtain a full refund in the form of a credit within 14 days of the invoice date.
We do not foresee any modifications to our product return policy, although changes imposed by the administration may lead to modifications without notice. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
